At the heart of any attempt to foster a culture of innovation is creative thinking. In this interactive keynote, we will explore creative thinking principles and focus on how your capacity to balance ideas with analysis can boost or block creativity on your teams. Participants learn simple and effective guidelines for thinking, along with strategies for improved brainstorming. In addition, we’ll highlight an extremely effective thinking process called POINt that will transform the way your team asks for and gets feedback on ideas and work products.

This workshop leverages what you learned about your  thinking preferences for engaging in the universal creative process and gives you an opportunity to take a deeper dive into the FourSight Thinking System™.

In this workshop you’ll learn more about how to maneuver yourself outside the box with an advanced creative thinking toolset to enhance your skills for discovering possibilities and finding valuable solutions when you find yourself in situations that need creative thinking. You know the ones – they leaving you feeling curious, stumped, uncomfortable, or unproductive; wondering how to get started, what to do or if you’ll find the answers you need.

This is a highly interactive workshop that will help you boost your cognitive flexibility as you clarify challenges, generate, develop and implement ideas. The toolset provides a simple, repeatable process and 20 critical and creative thinking tools to solve problems creatively, think through complex challenges, and find answers, even when you’re faced with ambiguous situations and uncertain results. This workshop introduces you to the internationally acclaimed FourSight Thinking System™. Innovation Toolset

Gain the tool set and skill set necessary for innovation to become a reality in your workplace.

Description:

An innovative organization is one where managers and staff alike have learned how to approach their work in new ways, with new expectations and with different thinking.

As a follow-up to the Innovation Mindset course, this highly interactive workshop introduces the tool set and skill set necessary for innovation to become a reality in your workplace. Independent research shows that teams who have FourSight thinking preference awareness and process awareness outperform teams who don’t.

Through an introduction to the FourSight Thinking System™, participants learn a language and approach to problem solving that enables productive collaboration, increases engagement, and fosters a culture of innovation. By leveraging creative thinking principles, participants learn an “idea protocol” to promote the development and growth of new ideas and creative solutions.
