Ginger is an expert in values-based leadership, user experience design and innovation. She helps leaders and their organizations uncover the stories that help or hinder innovation capacity. Ginger believes that storytelling is a universal communication tool and is the DNA that drives creative capital in organizations. She uses her practical techniques and tools in story-thinking, story-finding and story-telling that inscribe core values, inspire collaboration between participants and reinforce a team’s shared identity. An Academic Entrepreneur, Ginger is a Professor of Creativity and Innovation at Sheridan College, an Associate Professor in Values-Based Leadership at Royal Roads University and a Visiting Professor at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.  Ginger is a member of the Advisory Board to the Conference Board of Canada’s Council on Customer Experience and is an international speaker on strategic storytelling, corporate culture, and social innovation.
